Overview:
Leadership Safaris Coaches leverage years of experience support your efforts to define personal and professional goals and craft an individual action plan to meet them. Our skilled Facilitators help you get the most out of your meetings, define practical organizational goals and/or understand the needs, wants and motivation factors of your employee base.

Coaching begins with one of several assessment channels to help determine specific areas for development and growth. These evaluative tools range from collecting SAFARI© 360 Degree Feedback data, conducting a Manager Assimilation Process, meeting with Senior Leaders of your business and/or conducting Employee Focus Groups. Your coach will review and analyze assessment results, offer recommendations for focus areas and work with you to create your individual development plan.   • 90-Day Passport to Improvement. This 90-day package includes:
    • SAFARI© 360 Degree Feedback assessment with input from up to 20 individuals
    • An initial four-hour consultation with your coach to review the assessment results and develop your SAFARI© Action Plan
    • A weekly one-hour phone call with your coach for 90 days (12 sessions)
    • Unlimited email contact with guaranteed 24-hour response
  • 180-Day Effectiveness Expedition. This 180-Day Program includes:
    • SAFARI© 360 Degree Feedback assessment with input from up to 20 individuals
    • An initial four-hour consultation with your coach to review the assessment results and develop your SAFARI© Action Plan
    • A weekly one-hour phone call with your coach for 180 days (24 sessions)
    • Unlimited email contact with guaranteed 24-hour response
    • A two-hour intensive progress review at the 90-day mark (after 12 sessions)
    • Free attendance at one of our tele-seminars conducted within the 180-day timeframe
